SK Riyaz Ali handles the engineering side of HAYAZ DIGITAL. Machine part design, die design, jigs and fixtures, complete machine assemblies and factory automation systems — including robotic machines used on production lines. If you need a component modelled, an old part reverse engineered, or a full special purpose machine designed with manufacturing drawings, this is where that work is done.
Every project starts with what you already have — a sample part, a rough sketch, a photo from the shop floor, or an old drawing. From there the component or machine is modelled parametrically in 3D, checked for manufacturability, and released as a full drawing set with tolerances, GD&T, material specification and a bill of materials.
Factory automation is a growing part of this work. Special purpose machines, pick-and-place stations, conveyor lines and robotic cells are designed with cycle time, floor space, safety guarding and operator access considered from day one — not added afterwards.
